Vacuum Advance Timing

I went to buy the vacuum module that goes on the distributor on my 75 dart custom w/318. It asks if I have the emissions package or not. How do I tell if I do?

I think that would mean an air pump and catalytic converter since all '75's would have had EGR, OSAC, etc.

If the engine sticker is still intact, read it. If it says it's California Emissions legal, or as noted it has a cat on it, you have the emissions package.
