I do have one. Since this thing is so easily broken ( especially on the slant 6 manifold ), It will be in your best interest to go to Lowes and buy similar made of brass. That will be smaller npt to 1/8 tubing so you will also need a bushing.
have you tried looking at a hardware or home improvement store in the fittings area. some of them carry brass fittings with nipples...

Or try this one with an adapter to get it to the proper pipe thread. this has a 1/8" nipple.

I tried looking them up on their site but could not find them. I think I have bought some from them before...

Did a quick Google search last night for Mopar Vacuum Nipple; not much comes up other than the normal power brake variety, and of course all the various aftermarket stuff.
