Looking for feed back on valve choice for my street/strip 360 build. Manley severe duty or Milidon mega flow ? Both are in the same price range and will be used in a pump gas (9.5:1) 360 with J heads. 2.02 int and 1.60 exhaust. I will most likely be running a Mopar 284/.484 cam & springs.

Make sure you use Stainless Steel valves. I like Ferrea over those, but nothing wrong with Manley

Both sets I am considering are 1 pc. stainless-hardend tips, swirl polished and under cut stems.

Go with a single groove setup vs the old standard Mopar multi groove setup.

Just watch the valve lengths. Some are not OEM length but longer and you may need to work on getting the right "contact area" with the rocker arms.

I was going to say - I've used the imported one pc stainless for years with no failures. They may not be as light as the competition stuff but the finish quality is just as good.

In terms of single locks - they are lighter, but more important the 10° stuff grabs the stem and retainer better than the factory stuff.
