I bought some new valve covers recently and when they showed up I noticed they came with two twists on breathers. My current setup has one breather on the passenger side and one PCV on the driver side. Assuming I can purchase a PCV locally, will a push in pcv with grommet go into a twist on hole successfully?

I've been searching online for hours and have yet to find a twist in PCV valve. But my new valve cover does not have anything that looks like a straight up push in hole. If the twist on holes will work with a push in PCV valve I'm golden, otherwise I guess I have to drill a hole?

Any insight would be great.

Most Fords in the 70s and early 80s have an oil fill cap with a pcv grommet built in. They are a twist on style and should work for your covers

You can also use them as an elbow to run a line to the air cleaner as your vent. This is the best way to vent the system.
