I am changing my heads tomorrow. Going from Stock 587 heads to W-2 heads. I'm currently running Stock Non Adjustable rockers. My W-2 heads have adjustable rockers, and Ball and cup pushrods. I'm not changing cam it is a Mopar 284/480 cam. I have put the matching springs on the W-2's. What should I set the lash at. I have never ran a hydraulic cam with adjustable rockers. I usually run solid. I had a guy tell me to go to 0 lash and then a 1/4 turn tighter. And another guy tell me to just set them at 0 lash. What are your opinions. Hurry up I'm doing this tomorrow morning. Thanks Rick

hydraulic cam use preload not lash....adjust them in the same sequence as solids...adjust to zero lash or zero preload....then add about .020" preload by turn the adjust screw in....

about a 1/4 turn.

do not soak lifter in oil before adjusting them....
