valve seals

I have decided after a year of my 69 dart burning oil i am going to do a valve job and replace the valve seals. where is a place to get a good set of valve seal? i have had bad luck with the cheap seals dont last as long.

try summit part number=p4120492.........for v8 .unbrella type...viton.........14 buck i think..........good luck

hi, use the k-line /hastings seals. they are a metal jacket with a rubber lip seal. the guide will have to be machined for them. they allow enough oil for lubrication on stems. the all teflon seals are too tight and starve the guide.
a quality seal will last a long time. umbrellas don't, they get brittle.
