It is whereever your valve job places it... It's specs are given for 1.700" but depending on valve job (seat depth), valve type, and retainer it could be plus of minus a bit. BTW, any plus or minus will affect the pressures too.
Just use VSI/shims and or pop up retainers to get to 1.70 installed height.
Otherwise running other than the height the springs are rated at will require rechecking the spring on the rymac through the lift range in order to find the new/true spring pressure with the given lift/height range.
less than advertised height =more pressure good for higher rpm but too much and you get a flat cam.
More than advertised height =less pressure might work but rpm limited along with possible valve float/damage.
