I need help with a couple dumb questions. Just to be sure, I disconnected my a/c compressor wire connector and also the blue wire for the electric choke. Will leaving these disconnected cause any electrical problems? I would like to run the car that way for a while. Just want to be sure-Thanks again

Exactly, wrap them with electrical tape to make sure.
As all above stated, no electrical issue, just protect from shorting.
