vent glass assembly removal 63 dart

Looking for any tips on removing the vent assembly on my 63 dart. I have the screws out of the upper frame and the bolt out of the bottom but it doesn't want to move enough to come out. I haven't removed the door glass yet. Does it have to come out first? If so do I have to remove the regulator to get the glass out? Tried a bit last night when I pulled the door but didn't want to damage anything. Figured there must be something I missed. It's a 2 door post if that matters for this. Thanks

From memory there was a phillips screw under the door weather-stripping make sure that is out also.

Yes, you need to drop the door glass out of the vent track. I find it easier to unbolt the regulator too. You'll also want to remove the cat whiskers too to keep from damaging them. I'd replace them if it were me.
