Nope, the front end is a 68 and the rear end is a 69 with all the square marker reflectors smoothed over.....unless it's a 67 with a 68 front and 69 tail...dunno.

My best guess is a 69 with a 68 clip and smoothed reflectors.

I should have asked but I was too busy drooling.
 
The fish has a 68/69 dash with rect radio knobs. Both those cars have very neat engine compartmrnts. Not sure where the Dart wires went! Cool cars. LOL at the fish having wheelie bars and a tag too.

That's cause the state of Georgia is pretty cool with performance cars on the street without all the gay rules you have in other states.
There is no state inspection and you can drive around with no hood on your car, etc.
Very rare to see cars falling apart on the roads even with no state inspection.
