Just leafing through the Sept. 2008 Hot Rod Magazine :read2: and found an ad on pg. 105 for a Ronald McDonald House Annual Collector Car Drawing that claims to be giving away a '70 Challenger R/T convertible powered by a 375-horse 440cc - that's right, cubic centimeters - engine! They claim this is a 1 of 163 car. Anybody else ever run across a 440cc-powered factory Mopar anything? This has gotta be really rare!
Seriously, the website ad (www.ronald-mcdonaldhouse.com) is correct. Guess the proofreader at source interlink media just moved to Hot Rod from Fart Can Ricer Weekly or some such publication.

I used to ride 440cc snowmobiles but I could never get 'em to make anywhere near that kind of horsepower. Mopar must have been onto something!

Someone can't read. :read2:I just went to the site and it says "440CI engine. Not 440 CC. I'm an old man who can't see that well either.

Like I said in my original post, the website is correct. The ad in my Sept/ 2008 issue of Hot Rod says "440cc".

That's what steptoe said "Someone can't read" You all thought he was talkin about someone else. It's hell when you can't read or see. Just jerkin with ya steptoe. Laugh with us.....
