Over two months ago I ordered a stock style pin on hood for a 64 valiant. these take about 4 weeks to ship out. at the end of 4 weeks I got a call from the freight shipping company saying they had a delivery for me. GREAT. they showed up exactly when they said they would. only problem was they sent me the wrong hood. I called em back up, they said call up the freight company and have em pick it back up then call and give em the tracking number. they apologized and said they'd get my hood made and out to me in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I get a call from the shipping company saying they had a package for me. VFN handled all the extra freight shipping charges (probably totalling what I paid for the hood) although it sucked waiting the extra time to get my hood. VFN was easy to deal with and took care of the problem very quickly. I recomend buying from them. hopefully you get what you ordered the first time. but if you dont they'll fix it.
