Seller has a Ram van, I'm lookin for a donor vehicle (still) yeah, it's me again. Sorry I don't know how to tell with the vin number, but you guys did it before!

I think the first 2 in the vin is duplicated on what you posted.

It would definitely be an LA.

I don't believe the rollers started until a bit later but I suspect someone will know for sure.

I think you are best off looking at the casting numbers on the block to tell what year and displacement it is.
The engine could have been changed at some point and not the original one anyway.
This is the only real way to determine what you really have to work with.

'84 would be non roller cam. 318s got the roller cam in '85 and the 360s followed suit after that. Thinking '89 or '90.
