vin tag lost at paint help

The body shop that finished my car a couple of years ago lost my fender tag somewhere along the way before paint. Fortunately I had a lot of pictures and paperwork so they sent off to have it reproduced. I don't recall the name of the company that reproduced it off the top of my head. But the shop owner was about to kill the guy who was responsible for my car because he lost the tag.
 
The guy that painted my engine bay lost all kinds of stuff. He removed and lost all of the J nuts for the fender bolts, lost the HVAC to firewall hardware and seals, lost the wiper nozzles and hardware, etc. All little things but I do have my fender tag still!
 
Did you take a picture of your fender tag? if so you can have one made
