Went with my son to get an engine at a friends . There were 8 there at his house. He has over 50 at the other location. Steve does the machine work on these engines.. Some nice cars. The main shop is huge The storage buildings are even larger and filled with Vipers of all years and colors. When I get in them with my camera I'll get some more pictures. When ever he sends an employee to our place they show up with a Viper.

He services 117 total. There are 58 in large buildings at his location. He hosts Snakes on the Mountain here in Lehighton Pa. at our location. My son became his primary engine machinist after many bad engines done at Jensen Machine had terrible machine work that steve corrected. I'll get a video of a crank coming for welds and rebalancing. We'll see how far off they were.

He went there to clean up lifter bores yesterday on a build. When there steve noticed the machine shop forgot to weld the heavy metal slugs in the crank after balancing . The crank also had some terrible scratches and grooves on the journals plus a very loose new Mopar timing chain. a shorter race chain can be used.

Steve had cut a head apart for port work and installing thicker seats and larger valves. They needed to see how much room there was for the larger seat. He also bores ,hones and square decks and line bores the V10's . You can see how far off the block was that was just done at the other shop. This was after 2 passes on the mill there are still low spots you can see in the picture.
