This is a good one. A friend got a couple at the Mopar dealer. It was "Made in USA" and reduced the charging voltage on my 70 Dart from 15.8v. at highway speeds down to 14.4v and the voltage is more stable at idle with headlights and accessories on. The ammeter needle barely moves with the turn signal on. I had a chrome case regulator from NAPA. It will be a back up. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/dcc-4529794/overview/year/1970/make/dodge/model/dart

I am hoping they masked the back side around the mounting holes, to help with ground connection. Top side paint is a good insulator.

Instructions? Aint no instructions! LOL I sanded some paint from around the bolt hole and used a toothed washer. A freshly painted firewall can bite you in the butt providing a good ground too.
