The VW Routan, a/k/a "Crouton", is indeed built at Windsor, Ontario, Canada. It's a Chrysler minivan through and through, with different interior trim, headlamps, taillights, grille and other detail differences. There are a few pictures of Routans under construction here (text and photos by…me!)
