I don’t know what the springs are good for lift wise. Very little time on this stuff and it was all new before being put together. Very un molested stuff. The heads just have some blend port work is all.

Not a small block guru, and haven`t paid much attention to them, except the ones that haul *** .
They seem to be easier to hook up than a r/b monster, unless on a tubbed car .
Do those headers fit an A body ?
Which engine would be best suited for these , 340, 360 or a stroker ?

Yes the headers fit the A-bodies. These heads will work great on a 340 up to a stroker just depending on what you want to do. They can make 700 hp pretty easy on a stroker small block

Do the w5 have the blue plugs or with out thanks
With out these are the first generation. The whole blue plug thing is a myth. There were a lot of bad w5 with and with out blue plugs. They had major porosity issues. These have been check and pressure tested. These are a good head. Some of the W5’s when your really poet them they turn into sprinklers. Some of the best w5 heads I’ve ever owned have not had the blue plugs.
