Hi, does anybody number the part number of the 64 Valiant station wagon tailgate window crank or handle assembly?

If you mean the outer crank handle assy for a manual gate, it's 2299444. That number doesn't include the lock cylinder and keys, or, the short aluminum driveshaft between the handle and the regulator.
