[Found!] WANTED: 225ci Slant 6

[Cast Iron Philosopher]

I am in search of a good, preferably running, 225 slant 6 engine. The 1968-1975, 5-freeze plug style block would be ideal but it doesn’t have to be. A bonus would be a “BH” block. Knowing the history of the engine would also be nice.

I live in Healdsburg, Sonoma County, CA. and the engine must be within a reasonable distance to my location—ideally Northern/Central CA. region, but I’m flexible depending on the situation.

I got hooked up!! CudaJim gave me his old RGFC 225 out of his`74 Dart. It's was the Dart's original engine and has never been rebuilt before. It's exactly what I was looking for, a `68-75 BH block.
I pulled the pan and so far all I see is the fuel pump eccentric on the cam is wiped out, and the last 4" of the dip stick was sitting in the bottom of the pan... otherwise it looks like an excellent candidate for a rebuild.
