I'm putting together a 340 engine now. The block has a casting date of 11-19-69. Just got the block, crank and heads back from the machine shop last week. It will be a fresh .040 over engine with the 10.5-1 compression KB pistons and 2.02 heads. I can get some pics and more details if you're interested.
