warranty tag/ motor

i would like to find some more info on motor warranty tags and warranty motors and hopefully a picture, because my new 318 i bought for my demon has no vin stamped on the side of the block so if you can help thanks

Warranty engines had a warranty tag riveted to the driver's side of the block.

Over the counter replacements had no VIN & no warranty tag.

what year is the block? The vin was not always in the same place.

its a 1972 it has no rivet holes or anything the only thing it has is build specks stamped into the block on the drivers side right below the cylinder head
