water leak, blower motor

I have seen heater cores leak inside a car before however, I have never seen a leak before come from the Blower motor. Noticed water under the car today, started checking and I see a small leak coming from around the blower motor and running down the firewall to the floor.

Can't tell if it has the foam gasket under it. May sound crazy but is this a heater core issue or...? Haven't run the heater to see if it even works. Just got the car recently.

Is it a coolant leak or outside water ?

coolant, IM going to put regular worm clamps on the heat hoses. Although the leak only shows at the blower it may be leaking down inside.
