Water outlet neck

The re-orientation of my water outlet neck from the factory 273 manifold to the Edelbrock performer manifold has the outlet pointing at an AC bracket due to the T-stat bolt hole placements being clocked different.

Anyone using a swivel T-stat housing w/oring with success?
...(with thermostat)...
