My parents got a corgi decades ago and were having trouble picking a name. When people asked his name my dad would say "don't know". Well it didn't take long for the dog to associate "Don't know" to being called over ("here puppy") for a scratch of attention. Soon as soon as he heard "Don't know" he would come running. From then on he was "Dono". True story.
