Just got my July Mopars Collector Guide. On page 17 is a photo of a 66 Dart Charger from a Carlisle Preview article. The car is a B3 blue convert with hood scoops and rally wheels. I THINK NOT!

Yeah: No. Bzzt! Wrong. 1965 was the first and last year for the Dart Charger, and there were no hood scoops, no rallye wheels, and no B3 blue.
