Tell ya bud I remember a COLD winter in Glynco when I was at the Navy RADAR school. We had to wear "undress blues" to school, which had the big "stovepipe" legs and the wind just went right up those damn things. I actually sent money home and got Mom to send me a couple pairs of "long" underwear. I don't think it got below 28-ish but the humidity and wind or whatever made it a LOT colderWe had 75 here today.
My dead engineer buddy used to call it "that frozen white ****".
