what are the best spark plugs to run on a 1975 360 motor

-
need more information than that. ideally...

is it bone stock? 4bbl or 2bbl? any mods? what's it in? what do you use it for or how do you drive it?

a stock 2bbl in a motor home is gonna want a different plug than a hopped up 4bbl in a valiant, ya dig?

Hi stock 4 bbbl

Hi stock 4 bbbl

any of these will be fine. dealer's choice.

If you use NGK, try to use the non-resistor type. BP4ES or BP5ES. ‘BPR’ means resistor plug.

As long as you use a 4 heat range if you are using NGK [ a good idea ]. From testing I have seen, the res plugs & resistance of the leads does not hurt power in the average hi-po engine.
In the test below, a non-res spark plug got the lowest hp....& the highest hp was not with the lowest resistance leads! Buy a good brand of spiral would leads...& worry not.
Spiral/heli leads are an inductor [ a coil ]; because the wire is wound around a ferrite core. So, compared to capacitance & resistance in the mix which you have with solid or carbon leads...you now have inductance also; this might explain the results below.
