What are these from...and does anyone need them?

they are powdercoated ... scratch on one, but they were blasted and they are nice....

Those are riser clamps for pipes going vertically through buildings.

I have never seen a driveshaft loop like that. Could you use it for that? Maybe. Usually we use rubber or fiber loops.

I suppose you could, but it looks like there is a 6 stamped on the right ear of the upper one, which means its a riser clamp for 6" Iron Pipe

yes def can be used as a rigged loop. a 340 dart i picked up had this rig on it.

I don't need them, but yes, these will keep the drive shaft from flying out and into your car.
