Im working on a 67 barracuda for a friend and have some questions about holes in the trunk. They are obviously factory but I dont know what they are for. Was there seam sealer in these holes?
I don't think mine has those holes. I'll have to check again. But now that I think about it, my trunk pan may have been replaced before I got the project.Im working on a 67 barracuda for a friend and have some questions about holes in the trunk. That was the end of the sealer, if you look (at my pictures) you can see the Sharpie outline of where the sealer was at along that seam. Thanks Alan, that answers my question. Man, all that seam sealer for that little hole. Looks like the other hole was just left open. I think I have some body plugs that size, will just plug them.
Welding on the rear valance tonight then she goes on the rotiserie.
I think you have that confused with white windowless vans or Cadillac's, fuhgetaboutit eh !Those holes are for ventilation for when you kidnap somebody and lock them in the trunk...
