What are these?

I have these two parts. I believe they were in the trunk when I bought the Demon. Does anybody know what they are and where they go? I'm stumped.

Cant tell for sure, but i believe they are the carpet trim for the rear seat area...

That would make sense. I haven't got to putting the new carpet in yet and they don't fit anywhere else. LOL

Yep -- those are the carpet trim for the back seat floor-to-side panel.

I believe as everyone else has stated Jack, rear sill plates to hold I removed some rusted pieces when I disassembled the swinger that look like these but with big holes!

Here you go. Screw holes go on the top and the pointy end screws in to the sill plate.
