What Axle Ratio is this?

Broadcast Sheet has SG marked with a 1, but under Axle it say 279. I know that's not the ratio. Anybody know what that stands for? 74 Duster

Looks like that denotes the 8.25 axle.

Another box says 5 and the 82. 82 is for the 8.25

If you've got a suregrip, it's easy. Put the rear on jackstands, put in neutral, turn a wheel one turn and count the driveshaft revolutions.

Just as easy with a single leg. Jack up ONE wheel, turn the wheel TWO turns, and count shaft turns.
