[WANTED] What Carb for a slant 6 offenhauser intake

What is a good sized Carb to put on the offenhauser intake for the slant 6? Will a 600 Holley be too big?

I've run 390 Holley and 500 AFB with the Offy and a set of headers on a otherwise stock 225. Either worked well for me.600 might be pushing it without a little work.But I do know others that run 750 AFB's.
