Our cluster has been apart before. I am used to having a colored lens with a white light behind it. Our dash doesn’t have the colored lens. Are they supposed to be there? If so what color?
What color are dash turn indicators?

Very green even though they look blue in this photo. About the same green as the cir board

Never say never with Ma Mopar - I've got two 70 Darts, one I've worked on since new, the other I bought with 27000 miles on the clock in 1983, and you guessed it - the turn signals on the first are green and the ones on the second car are red, go figure!
Assuming only makes a *** out of u and me.
My photo and handle show a 67 dart, but I have other cars too. Give ALL the info, helps everyone.
A bit of trivia... When they added the fender mounted turn signals to 1969 Dart their bean counters decided to leave the bulbs out of the turn indicators in instrument panel. They didn't change anything about the instrument panel or bezel, just covered the holes so the panel illumination light wouldn't bleed through them. Customer complaints poured in to service departments, "These lights dont work", so they put them back again. I didn't hear that they left the lenses out also but it is possible.

Yup. And the light coming through the blue-green diffusers looks fairly greenish. That may be because of the color of the light source, or the color of the surroundings, or the difference in what light waves go through the shield vs which ones reflect.
A lighting engineer probably could shed some light on the subject.
Good point Matt, I was using an LED light from another phone to illuminate. All kinds of wavelength missing
I added fender mounted turn signal indicators to one of my Darts and as I remembered it when I plugged them into the harness in the fenders the indicators in the dash stopped working. Is that right?
Should not have stopped working, bad grounds perhaps
