What company makes this digital dash?

I bought a 70 valiant last week and it came with this dash set up.

I would like to know what company made this so I could possibly get a user manual.

I don't know how to set the clock even though there's buttons and I don't know how to interpret the numbers.

The guy I bought it from didn't seem to know much about the car as he was flipping it and I bought it as a non runner so I didn't realize this is in there until I got it home and put a battery and got it running

I have one on my 70 Duster, it does the job and now I know what's happening between headlamps and windshield!

Maybe it's an optical illusion, but the light switch sure looks like it pulls out a long ways.

It's the wrong knob and shaft length on the headlight switch. I know it's not A body and I doubt it's mopar. This is the off position in the Pic

It works though! The hardest part about changing it will be finding that little button on the side of the switch, so you can yank it out....lol.
