What do you think? Best outside car storage for this winter

Also, those steel framed car tents with the zip up fronts are not a good idea if it snows in your area. I have done several appraisals for people who had a car in one and the weight of the snow collapsed the framework. It is surprising how much damage those frames can cause.
 
Oh yeah we get plenty of snow here in mid Michigan. Yes, I have a decent, breathable car cover the previous owner bought for it. He used to park it outside the last 2 winters he had it. He said it worked well. But after it sits here at my place in the country, it gets nasty dirty under the cover so it doesn't seem to offer too much protection. Maybe I'm being too picky. Renting storage is an option, maybe I'll still do that. Add up a few months rent and I might as well buy a building similar to memike's. We'll see. I too used a tarp and it stuck to the paint underneath in one winter. You can use a tarp as long as it isn;t touching the car anywhere.
