To hard to tell. It is missing to much information.
Exact slug used and exact compression ratio?
What cam?
What was done to what head series.?
What valve size?
What exhaust?
What intake?
What exhaust size and length ?
Dyno sheet?

How much does the guy want? You may be better off getting a 5.2 or 5.9 and just dropping that in your car (Or snowmobile. Yah never know, some crazy canuck in southern california may get homesick for the snow and his mopar all at the same time). Compare prices what you get vs what you pay before you fork over any of your hard earned cash.

OR...

You may get more fun out of buying a bare block red headed stepchild in braces 318 or 383 for $10 and building your own motor. You'll have fun and learn a lot. I'm busy learning how much I don't know and it's a hoot!

If you're hung up on mileage, get a Prius. If you want to have fun, build a hot rod.

As YR would say, "Boo-Yaa!" or something like that.....

My stock 5.9 short block with bolt on parts is very good. From top to bottom..

'72 OE air cleaner on top of a 600 AFB & a RPM with 1-3/4 header into a 2-1/2 exhaust, chrome box firing a OE distributor, 2200 stalled 727 & 3.55.
Makes a 3800lbs. B body move nicely.

Pump gas friendly @ 87 octane, 89 preferable.
It can use a cam....

The guy wants 3500 for it but im stuck now between going with a 5.7, 6.1, or building a 360 with the best of both worlds decent power with decent mileage

Junkyard 5.2 magnum would be way cheaper and have excellent results.

And what casting # on the heads and what year block would be nice.

For $3500? You can buy a Blueprint Engines 408 stroker for like $4200 from Summit!

Thanks for the price reference the 318 isnt looking like a great option at this point now im looking at a mild 360 or just going all in and doing a 5.7 or 6.1 hemi

As long as your 360 heads are in good shape, it would make for an excellent platform for easy HP. A Stock headed 9-1 ratio 360 and a MP 284 purple cam made 360hp. M1 single, 750 & headers.
(Old MP create motor copy)

Down the road, add Edelbrock heads and add over 40hp easy
