What drag link for spool mount k?

Swapping in a 73-76 k member into my 70 duster. I noticed that the 73 up drag link is different than the 67-72. Do I need to find a 73+ one to use this k?
Do I need the 73 idler arm as well?

You will need a 73+ centerlink (draglink) if you use the 73 up idler and pitman.

I have a 71 with the original k member. When I bought it, it was swapped to the LBP discs and had 73+ center link, idler and pitman in it. The tierods where 72 down. I swapped back to 72 down running gear, except for the LBP discs. So you can swap back and forth between them. I dont mean to confuse you and hope Im not..

Just make sure you use the correct center link for what you decide to go with.

correct...match the year of the draglink with the idler arm..and pitman arms...

Ok, would this include the lower ball joints? They are different part numbers as well.

Only if you plan on upgrading to the large bolt pattern disc brakes. Then that also requires you to get 73+spindles and upper control arms.

Yeah, I have qa1 upper control arms and I am upgrading to the big bolt pattern. I didn't realize that the lower ball joints were different as well. I just thought that the uppers had the larger ball joint.
