I bought this radio from a guy and he said it was for a 68/9 cuda with the rally dash ....so I buy it and stupid me didn't even notice till I got home that it is not going to work ....the bracket is not right for a cuda dash....the right side is but the left side bracket is not right.

this first pic is my radio and second pic is from an ad on fabo for a real 68/9 cuda radio ....so question is...what application is my radio for

I would have bought it looks just like my 68 radio
except for the bracket . maybe it is polara , I am pretty sure
they had thumb wheels in them in 68/69

im too lazy to write the number down so I just took a pic of it ....I really don't like that it is getting dark so early these days and digging through a dark, cold barn with a flashlight is the only way to find parts now :sad7:

Put up for sale or trade. Other than a person who specializes in radios, odds are low that someone who wants this radio just happens to have the one you want.

Looking at the '68 Parts book (CD version) pretty much every car got a different radio.
Only ones made by Bendix were Model 248, p/n 2884 058 for Dart, Model 252 p/n 2884 062 for Coronet.
