What is this relay?

Can someone out there please idenify this relay and its function? It is mounted on the upper firewall, passenger side of my Dodge Demon. Would appreciate any help. Thanks everyone!

It has to do with emissions control. Not sure the exact function but I am sure someone will chime in with its purpose.
