I am going to swap my stock 2-barrel intake and carb. for a Eddy Performer intake and Eddy 600 cfm carb. Will I need any thing else so that my transmission kickdown will still work?

You might be able to use a small nut, bolt and a set of washers to use in the tranny kick down since you have the stock rod in which I didn't and had to use a Lokar set up. Which it's show in the thread.
The idea is to space out the amount of space/travel of the throttle movement to tranny kick down. You want quick engaugement.

Found the pics thanks. Has any one tried the Summit brand intake manifold part #SUM-226040. Just wanted to know if it is similar to Eddys Performer intake and the quality of it.
It is a re badaged Pro-products intake cast in China. It is basicly a rip off copy of the Edelbrock. I have seen casting come from wacked to perfect. Several people here use it without problems.
