trying to stay with a 4sp in my A body. what works best for a stick on 12" slicks 5.57 gear, 3100# and about 500 hp

Oh sorry about that. I thought the second post was someone else.

I tell you what I would do. I would call Brewers and tell the HP, slick size, weight, gears, etc.... and let them choose one for you. You just can't go wrong with Brewers ...trust me. If your car is going to be drag raced then you more than likely going to need some stout hardware.

I forgot to mention that is where I got my 4 speed parts from. I talked to a guy named Wayne. He seems very knowledgeable.
