What shifter is available for my 3 speed with 6 banger?

I am looking for a shifter for my 68 fish. I'm running a 225 engine with a 3 speed manual transmission and want to convert from 3 on the tree to a floor shifter. I see Summit has a Hurst shifter (501002) for $260. I'm hoping for something cheaper, new or used. I have no linkage. Any suggestions?
 
If you have the old top loader box, there is not a mount for a shifter.

You may have to find a 1970 up A-body A230, then you could use a factory floor shift setup too.
 
Can you get a photo of it showing the drivers side including the tail shaft?
