I have a 68 GTS H-Code has Small Bolt Pattern wheels, what size tire and rim sizes would it have come with

Factory 14x5 1/2 (J) wheel with an E70 14 tire on all '68 GTSs.

Yes. He told you the wheel size. They were all 5x4".

Yes, they came with 14"x5.5" wheels that had a 5x4" bolt pattern.
