What to do with brakes?

So after searching and searching I finally found me a 72 duster to stab my 440 in to. I'm curious as what to do with the brakes. Looks like a previous owner updated the front end with newer K and put disc brakes on front and a 360 in it. Rear is an 8 1/4. BBP all the way around. So I'm thinking, buy new lines and master cyl. but does it matter if I plan on swapping the rear eventually? Just rebuild the drums and discs on it now?

Auto. Hope to be mid to low 500's on output. With the current prices of 8 3/4's probably be doing an 8.8

Use what you have. Repair/restore them.
