what water neck/outlet for Eddie AirGap SB

What water neck/outlet works best (fits) the Edelbrock AirGap intake for a small block (408). I would like to be able to use regular stant thermostats, look decent, and seal? Apparently small block t-housings come in different sizes? I read some posts about the chrome ones leaking. How about the billet?

If you have the LA version then use the earlier (larger) style thermostat and adapter. With the Magnum style it uses the later style (smaller) theromstats and adapters.
