What's best ? Door handles in & out

Is it cheaper to have my door handles inner & outer re-chromed or should I buy new ones ?

Reproductions will be much less than rechrome, especially if originals have pitting. The repops might be a little easier to break.

Bought a set for my 66 barracuda recently and there very nice.Can't
tell from the oe ones as far as construction.Just the outers.

ebay I spose. I've seen rechromed inner handles from Canadian sellers on ebay at a decent price.

The 76 dodge van is the same handle, you just have to use your latch off of the old handle. About $60 per pair.
