What's the cleanest way to wire a cut off switch

I haven't raced for awhile. It was news to me when I read some thread about someone getting FINED for dumping fluid on the track

i dotn know about that but on the first dump you get a warning, some times a second time, third you get booted for the event. i dont think the fines come till you get up in the ranks.
