That's Crazy! I've never heard of dogs getting cuaght up under there. Cats are a different story. Apparently, cats enjoy the sanctity of warm, underhood engine heat during the cold months. My room mate in college nearly decapitated a cat when he started his car one morning. What a mess!
I hope the owners get that 3 year old back home.
she looks very sad and just wants her masters to give her a bid hug.
she may have chased a cat up into the car and got stuck.

It said he was chewing up the wires. Maybe he is a mopar dog & is sabotaging the ford out of spite! Looks like a ford f-series truck with a 302/351. Look at the big intake & the twin air cleaner tubes.
