BIG hair rocks, man. I miss that in today's women.
in the late 70's,early 80's, I worked at a hardware store and an older man would drive his wagon into the center and go shopping. He would get out, have a cane and hobble to whichever store he was shopping at. One day, he came in to have a key made. Our high school employee made on e and the fellow went out to try it. He came in very upset that the key was now stuck in the ignition! The young employee went out and tried to figure out what was wrong. No success. He comes back in, almost hiding because he's afraid he is going to get caned. I go out, ask the owner if I can have a look. I get in the car and notice it is a 4-speed. ( should have asked if he wanted to sell it but I was stupid ). Anyway, yes, the key is stuck...BUT...after pushing the clutch in, shifting into reverse, it came out as smooth as silk. Sorry, long story about a wagon I should have asked to buy.I always wanted a 225 4 speed wagon. I saw one on a used car lot already sold. I'd missed it by a day!
What a beuity!! The car looks great to.I owned this car when my wife and I were first dating. She needed a car so I gave it to her. She loved that car and the attention it brought to her. She’s the one on the left with the big hair!

I came so close to gettin one of those FOR FREE. It was a runnin and drivin car. Under 100K miles. The guy who did the tat on my elbow told me to come get it. A couple of days later, he died from a massive stroke and his family ended up with it. It's gone now. It was white with wood grain on the sides in perfect condition with like a saddle colored interior.I always wanted a 225 4 speed wagon. I saw one on a used car lot already sold. I'd missed it by a day!

Yeah, here is a prime example of it in this eighties episode of "The Twilight Zone." Like this '71 Dart at the 3:06 mark that I suspect was bought off of a dealer lot and then destroyed in a stunt at the 15:57 mark.man thats a shame
but to most people, they are just cars
it was the same with our A bodies in the 80s

If your serious, I just bought a 78 aspen Super Coupe shell. I had it shipped out of Utah. It has the OE flairs, spoilers and gas cap (rough). I was going to 6.1/TKO it since the drivetrain is gone. It hasn't come out of the trailer since it arrived, I'm horrible with impulse buying. PM me if interested, it might give me incentive to look at it.I have never seen another one like it , if anyone knows for one like it let me know i have CASH .
